about once every two years, I have a bowl movement, and almost immediately after leaving the body, I have become petanque severe abdominal pain and dizzy and almost fainted. Righ lay on the floor and the pain stays for a few minutes and subsidies, and lose the feeling, the awareness. It happened a few years ago and cut last year. What is it?

Well, I do not know what could be, but you want to consult with your doctor.
I want to ask your doctor, perhaps a muscle spasm or something, I suppose
