My three year old son has red spots on her cheeks, which are off and continued. They do not seem to hurt him, but I have no idea what caused it. At the time when it seems you have trouble sleeping the night before and she has pain in his legs.

It could be eczema, or simply the stress of not able to sleep. Pain in the legs, I know how it can be connected, but Lupus (an autoimmune disease) tend to be muscular pain associated with the eruption. ask your pediatrician! Good luck
