I am trying to get pregnant, and I'm 3 days late for my period. But I think I begin to fixing Clock! I do not remember haveing bad cramps or spasms in the world, but everyone is different.
I had cramps from the start. I took the pill for so long, so I never experienced period cramps rather thought I was dying! lol
In retrospect, I am sure that you are not so bad.
I have a heating pad and use it to help you. While heat cramps are not severe bleeding.
I ran into the shop and take a test. Get digital. They are somewhat expensive, but you need not worry whether the pink line or not!

I had very severe cramps during the first week and a half after she became pregnant. Some were on the left, some right, sometimes right in the middle. They were stronger than my pre-peroid was mostly cramps. You do not want to stretch the muscle spasms when. Good luck!
